Infanterie-Division), each dated 28 October 1944, including one personally addressed to Strecker informing him that he has been awarded the German Cross in Gold and congratulating him on this high honour, featuring a handwritten signature of Generalleutnant Curt Siewart (Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross, 29 February 1944), measuring 208 mm (w) x 148 mm (h), in extremely fine condition, and; one information his division of the honour, featuring the handwritten signature of an Oberleutnant on behalf of the General Staff, measuring 210 mm (w) x 148 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
