Constructed of silver with black enamels, the obverse consisting of a black enameled disc, bearing a silvered date of “1925” topped by oak leaves and a raised replacement Stahlhelm insignia, the reverse with a crimped barrel hinge and banjo-style pinback, bearing an etched membership code and date of “24. 7. 25.”, with silver content number of “935”, maker marked with the logo of Der Stahlhof, Magdeburg, measuring 30.68 mm in diameter, weighing 13.0 grams, the replacement insignia has loosened from its rivet and the catch is missing, in fair condition.
