Constructed of silver with black enamels, the obverse consisting of a black enameled disc, bearing a silvered date of “1929” topped by oak leaves and a raised Stahlhelm insignia, the reverse with a crimped barrel hinge and banjo-style pinback meeting a round wire catch, bearing an engraved date of “16. 5. 29.”, silver content number of “935”, maker marked with the logo of Der Stahlhof, Magdeburg, measuring 30.51 mm in diameter, weighing 14.2 grams, moderate loss of finish is evident to the enamel, in near extremely fine condition.
