Austria, Empire. A Military Service Decoration I. Class for 25 Years of Service, c.1860

1849-1867 Issue. Type I. (Militärdienstzeichen I. Klasse). A gilded bronze cross with stippled arms; the obverse with a silver double headed Austrian eagle; the reverse plain, with a single rivet visible; on a double loop suspension from its period original tri-fold ribbon; measuring approximately 33.5mm (w) x 33.5mm (h); in overall very fine condition.
