Germany, Third Reich. A Nordic Folk Art Silver Brooch, by Otto Gahr

(Silberbrosche). Constructed of silver, the obverse presenting with a stylized animal’s head topped Nordic-style knotted designs, interspersed with a mobile swastika and Sig runes, the reverse with a locking vertical pin and maker marked with “SS” runes for the firm of Otto Gahr, Munich, measuring 18.66 (w) x 48.08 mm (h), weighing 5.1 grams, in extremely fine condition.
