Germany, Heer. A Set of Heeresverwaltung Officer’s Uniform Rank Insignia

(Heeresverwaltung Insignien). A set of Heeresverwaltung (Army Administration) uniform rank insignia, including a pair of collar tabs, each constructed of a dark green wool base with a buckram core and trimmed with black piping, the obverse of each bearing dual machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire insignia, bisected by green threaded bands, both unmarked and measuring 45 mm (w) x 75 mm (l), in better than very fine condition, and; a pair of shoulder boards, each constructed of cardboard-reinforced dark green wool, trimmed with a band of black piping, and bearing four bands of silver aluminum wire piping with a single band of green threading, pinned with bronzed magnetic metal “HV” insignia for Heeresverwaltung, both unmarked and measuring 35 mm (w) x 100 mm (l), evidence of missing rank pips, otherwise in near extremely fine condition.
