A superb Kaiser Wilhelm II commemorative brooch, the obverse featuring a finely-detailed and hand-painted portrait of the last Kaiser with uniform details highlighted in gilt, set within an ornate 14k Gold frame, the obverse presenting with floral and arabesque designs highlighted with 73 genuine diamonds, the reverse featuring a locking loop and horizontal pinback permitting wear from a chain or as a brooch, unmarked, measuring 34.42 mm (w) x 49.85 mm (h), weighing 16.7 grams, a unique and high-quality piece commemorating the deposed monarch likely worn by a monarchist or close supporter, in extremely fine condition.
