(Insignien). A pair of insignia, including a Heer Officer’s breast eagle, constructed of dark green wool, the obverse bearing a hand-embroidered silver aluminum wire Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 100 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), with consistent material fatigue evident, in uniform-removed and very fine condition, and; a NSRL Sports Badge, Gold Grade cloth version, constructed of black rayon, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered golden-yellow depiction of the award with a date of “1944”, unmarked, measuring 85 mm (w) x 95 mm (h), with minor material fatigue evident, in unissued and near extremely fine condition.
