A mixed lot of Wound Badges, including one Black Grade, constructed of blackened bronze, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, with a central raised Stahlhlem on top of crossed swords on a pebbled field, the reverse with a raised barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 39.30 mm (w) x 44.56 mm (h), weighing 9.3 grams, in extremely fine condition; one Silver Grade badge, constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, with a central raised Stahlhelm on top of crossed swords on a pebbled field, the reverse with a crimped barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 38.34 mm (w) x 43.44 mm (h), weighing 10.1 grams, with moderate loss of finish evident, in near extremely fine condition, and; one Gold Grade badge, constructed of gilded bronze, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, with a central raised Stahlhelm on top of crossed swords on a pebbled field, the reverse with a crimped barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 38.44 mm (w) x 43.54 mm (h), weighing 8.8 grams, in extremely fine condition.
