Germany, Third Reich. A Mixed Lot of Badges

A mixed lot of eight badges, including a Black Grade Wound Badge, constructed of blackened bronze, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, with a central raised Stahlhelm overlaid by a mobile swastika, on top of crossed swords on a pebbled field, the reverse with a vertical pinback meeting a flattened catch, the reverse maker marked with an illegible LDO code, measuring 36.64 mm (w) x 44.37 mm (h), weighing 13.5 grams, with oxidation and total loss of finish evident, in poor condition; a 1917 war victims badge, constructed of zink, horizontal pinback, the reverse maker marked “DESCHLER U. SOHN, MÜNCHEN”, measuring 32 mm (w) x 40 mm (h), in very fine condition; a 1933-34 Winterhilfswerk (WHW) campaign badge, constructed of silvered bronze, horizontal pinback, the reverse maker marked “HOFFSTÄTTER, BONN”, measuring 32 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition; a 1934 Labour Day badge, constructed of bronze, horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 36 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition; a 1936 Labour Day badge, constructed of aluminum, horizontal pinback, the reverse maker marked “DESCHLER & SOHN, MÜNCHEN”, measuring 36 mm in diameter, in very fine condition; a 1936 veterans badge, constructed of gilded magnetic metal, horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 30 mm (w) x 42 mm (h), in very fine condition; a National Socialist Reich Warriors League (NSRKB) badge, constructed of silvered bronze, the reverse with both attachment prongs intact, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), in very fine condition, and; a NSRKB 25-year membership badge, constructed of silvered bronze with multi-coloured enamels, vertical pinback, unmarked, measuring 22 mm (w) x 28 mm (h), with some chipping of enamels evident, in fair condition.
