Constructed of silver enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée with ribbed borders, the obverse bearing a central white enameled medallion overlaid by a hand-painted Prussian imperial eagle, the reverse bearing a central raised monogram of King Friedrich Wilhelm II, unmarked, measuring 37.38 mm (w) x 42.88 mm (h), weighing 14.9 grams, in extremely fine condition.
