Saxony, Kingdom. A Pair of Decorations

(Medaillen). A pair of Saxon decorations, including a General Honour Cross, constructed of gilded bronze, consisting of a Pisan Cross, the obverse bearing a central raised monogram of King Albert, the reverse bearing a central raised coat of arms of the Kingdom of Saxony, unmarked, measuring 39.16 mm (w) x 43.19 mm (h), weighing 16.8 grams, in extremely fine condition, and; a Friedrich August Medal in Silver, constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse bearing a raised monogram of King Friedrich August III, the reverse bearing a raised inscription of “FRIEDRICH AUGUST MEDAILLE”, unmarked, 28.65 mm in diameter, weighing 12.2 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
