Constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a bow tie ribbon, topped by a German State Crown, around a central depiction of a German national eagle clutching a bullseye target, the reverse with a clip hinge and vertical pinback meeting a small flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 45.52 mm (w) x 74.58 mm (h), weighing 14.2 grams, with some oxidation and tarnish showing through the silver finish, in very fine condition.
