Four-piece construction, three insignias affixed to the base in silver gilt with green enamels, the silver base illustrating a two-headed eagle surmounted by a crown, measuring 55 mm (w) x 64.2 mm (h), intact enamels, on its original full-length neck ribbon, extremely fine.
