In silvered bronze with red and white enamels, recipient's name "Mr. YC. Beer" engraved in running script, date engraved "5-6-64" (June 5, 1964) and maker marked "STOKES & SONS" on the reverse, measuring 26.8 mm (w) x 30.5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring suspension, intact enamels, original ribbon suspended from hanger inscribed "MEDAL OF HONOR" with pinback, extremely fine.
