Instituted in 1960. 1 Clasp - WINTERED OVER. In bronze gilt, measuring 32.2 mm (w) x 35.7 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, the bronze "Wintered Over" clasp maker marked "SIMON" on its reverse and independent of its original ribbon with brooch pinback, extremely fine. Accompanied by its Lapel Badge in bronze gilt, measuring 17.8 mm in diameter with screwback, and its 36 mm (w) x 10 mm (h) ribbon bar, in their cardboard box of issue, with the Volupte Incorporated manufacturer's label affixed to the end panel.
