Germany, HJ. A Rare Enlisted Personnel Belt Buckle, by Gebrüder Hahne

(HJ Gürtelschnalle). Constructed of aluminum, the obverse bearing a central raised German national eagle clutching an HJ insignia, within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of “BLUT UND EHRE” (“BLOOD AND HONOUR”), the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment prongs, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code “M4/32” for Gebrüder Hahne, Lüdenscheid, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), with minor tarnishing evident, an example produced by an uncommon manufacturer in near extremely fine condition.
