(Hilel I Ahmer Madalyasi). Organization founded in 1868 during the Ottoman Empire. In silvered and gilt bronze with red and white enamels, unmarked, measuring 28.5 mm (w) x 31.5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, intact enamels, light wear evident on the reverse, original ribbon suspended from a hanger with fob, near extremely fine.
