Slavko Kvaternik Photograph - Large photo, 13x18cm; Slavko Kvaternik (25 August 1878 – 7 June 1947) was a one of the founders of fascist Ustaša movement; Kvaternik was Croatian military commander and Minister of Domobranstvo (Armed Forces). On April 10, 1941 he declared the creation of the Independent State of Croatia.
