Constructed of black rayon, the obverse bearing a central machine-embroidered silver-grey Tyr rune, overlaid by a central mobile swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of “LEISTUNGEN IN DER H.J.” (“MERIT IN THE H.J.”), set within a diamond border of identical construction, unmarked, measuring 62 mm (w) x 95 mm (h), in uniform-removed and extremely fine condition.
