Spain, Spanish State. An Award Plaque to Francisco Franco from the Central Irrigation Board of the Urgell Canal

Constructed of silver, the obverse consisting of a stylized scroll, bearing an engraved dedication to Francisco Franco from the Central Irrigation Board of the Canal de Urgel (Urgell Canal), perforated with four holes for rivet attachment and retaining three of four original capped rivets, unmarked, measuring 80 mm (w) x 98 mm (h), with some denting and tarnishing evident, in very fine condition.
