Constructed of silver, secured with four rivets to a pressed card stock backer with a maroon velvet liner, the obverse bearing engraved names of professors of health care and law, under an organization in which Francisco Franco held the position of Supreme President, measuring 11 cm (w) x 17.5 cm (h) overall, in extremely fine condition.
