Germany, HJ. An Enlisted Personnel Belt Buckle, by Friedrich Linden

(HJ Gürtelschnalle). Constructed of nickel-plated magnetic metal, the obverse bearing a central raised German national eagle clutching an HJ insignia, within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of “BLUT UND EHRE” (“BLOOD AND HONOUR”), the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment claws, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code “M4/24” for Friedrich Linden, Lüdenscheid, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), with some tarnishing evident, in near extremely fine condition.
