Constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the reverse with a vertical pinback, double-maker marked “CESTELLI-GEROSA, MILANO-ROMA” measuring 48 mm in diameter, with a small chip visible to the enamel near the twelve o’clock position, in near extremely fine condition.
