Constructed of a wooden frame with a faux black leather exterior liner, the lid bearing a gilt political-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the interior with a padded white rayon lid liner and intact hinge cover, with a depressed maroon velvet medal bed likely intended for the storage of a table medal, closing with a functional metal spring catch with exterior stud release, unmarked, measuring 90 mm (w) x 90 mm (l) x 30 mm (h), minor material fatigue is visible to the exterior liner and friction renders use of the stud release difficult, in near extremely fine condition.
