In bronze, measuring 34 mm (w) x 50 mm (h) inclusive of its crossed swords and wreath suspension, silvered star affixed to its original ribbon with dual prong pinback.

2. Commemorative Medal of the Tenth Anniversary of the Czechoslovak Republic 1918-1928 (Na pamět 10. let. trvání čsl. republiky). Instituted in 1928. In bronze gilt, measuring 30.5 mm (w) x 33 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, original ribbon suspended from a bar with ball finials at either end, the bar with pinback.

3. Union of Czechoslovak Officers Štefánikov Twenty-Five Anniversary Commemorative Badge 1920-1945 (Svaz čs dústojnictva Štefánikov 25. výročí Pamätný Odznak). Instituted in 1945. In bronze gilt, measuring 34.8 mm (w) x 39.2 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, original ribbon with dual prong pinback.
