Near extremely fine.
Footnote: The Russo-Japanese War Medal was established by Imperial Edict No. 51 on March 31, 1906 and awarded for participation in the war between February 8, 1904 and September 5, 1905. The China Incident War Medal was established by Imperial Edict No. 496 on July 27, 1939, amended by Edict No. 418 of 1944 and abolished by Government Ordinance No. 177 of 1946. It was awarded for participation in or support of the invasion of China on July 7, 1937. The occupation ended with Japan's surrender in 1945. It was not to be awarded to those who received the Great East Asia War Medal.
