Germany, Third Reich. A Theresienstadt Inmate’s Aid Package Gratitude Card

(Theresienstadt Pakate Dankkarte). Constructed of brown card stock with black ink, the obverse bearing a handwritten recipient’s address of “FRAU DR. WALTER GUNTHER, WIEN I, JOHANNESGASSE 12”, with a return address of “DR. ALFRED NEUMANN, THERESIENSTADT, SEEGASSE 18”, posted on 17 July 1944 and bearing a handwritten date of “AUG 19 VII 44”, the reverse dated 16 June 1944 and featuring a dedicated from Dr. Alfred Neumann acknowledging with gratitude the receipt of an aid package, measuring 145 mm (w) x 104 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
