A DKG & Honor Goblet Document Group to Observer Johann Klatte - The group includes four documents:  A appointment document from the Kriegsmarine dated 23 August 1939; Honor Goblet Award Document dated 23 January 1942; In recognition of his outstanding bravery and the special achievements as a fighter pilot. Observer Badge Document: Awarded to Leutnant zur Johann Klatte, dated July 11 1940. Also included in a lengthy original citation/reccomendation for the German Cross in Gold outlining Klattes missions over Coventry, Liverpool, Birkenhead, Bristol, Southampton, Manchester, and Birmingham. Documents exhibit some wear from previous folding, otherwise very fine.
