Accompanied by the Star, a white convex Maltese Cross with alternating unicorns and lions in the quadrants, reverse bears a single vertical pin assembly, measures 67.8mm (w) x 68.4mm (h), weighs 56.8 grams, enamels intact, lovely patina, in extremely fine condition.
Contained in its original case of issue, with black leatherette exterior, the interior presents a raised and recessed black velvet medalbed with compartment below for ribbon and boutonniere, measures 125mm (w) x 245mm (l) x 40mm (d), hinge and clasps functional, minimal wear, in extremely fine condition.
