Germany, Third Reich. A Patriotic AH Wall Plaque

(Plakette). Constructed of bronze, the obverse bearing a raised and leftward-facing profile of AH, above an inscription of “DIE VORAUSSETZUNG ZUR TAT IST DER WILLE UND DER MUT ZUR WAHRHAFTIGKEIT” (“THE PREREQUISITE FOR ACTION IS THE WILL AND COURAGE TO BE TRUTHFUL”) and a mobile swastika, the reverse bearing an analogous raised inscription indicating official state approval and distributions, with a loop for wall suspension, sculptor/maker-marked “P. VOGEL” and “B. BARMEN”, measuring 9.5 cm (w) x 14 cm (h), in extremely fine condition.
