Footnote: The Battalion was raised and mobilized in Toronto, Ontario under that authority of G.O. 69, July 15, 1916. The Battalion sailed March 28, 1917 under the command of Lieutenant-Colonel W.H. Price with a strength of 27 officers and 789 other ranks. In England, the Battalion was absorbed into the 2nd Reserve Battalion. It was disbanded on September 15, 1920.
