(Der Stahlhelm Diensteintrittsabzeichen 1932). Constructed of silver with black enamels, the obverse consisting of a black disc, bearing a silvered date of “1932” topped by oak leaves and a raised Stahlhelm insignia, the reverse with a crimped barrel hinge and banjo-style pinback meeting a round wire catch, marked with a silver content number of “935” and maker marked with the logo of Der Stahlhof, Magdeburg, measuring 30.87 mm in diameter, weighing 15.7 grams, in extremely fine condition.
