Germany, Imperial. A Small German War Ensign

(Reichskriegsflagge). A well-preserved and small-sized German War Ensign, constructed of a white cotton twill base, featuring a double-sided stamped ink design consisting of a black Nordic Cross bearing a central Prussian imperial eagle clutching an orb and sceptre, with the upper hoist quadrant bearing a red, white, and black Imperial tricolour bearing an Iron Cross, unmarked, measuring 920 mm (w) x 560 mm (h), with minor soiling and material fatigue evident, in very fine condition.
