Three-piece construction, insignia consisting of a silvered bronze two-headed eagle, each head crowned and its body bearing a shield, mounted to bronze gilt drapery shield surmounted by a crown, the insignia mounted to a nickel-plated bronze base via two rivets, measuring 56.5 mm (w) x 57.8 mm (h), buckle clip and belt loop affixed to the reverse, silvering wear evident on the two-headed eagle, contact marks and surface wear present on the nickel-plated bronze base, very fine.
