Germany, Luftwaffe. A Pilot’s Badge Silver Ring

(Flugzeugführerabzeichen Ring in Silber). Constructed of silver, the exterior bearing a central depiction of the Luftwaffe Pilot’s Badge in the form of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, overlaid by a central swooping Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, flanked on each side by clusters of oak leaves, the interior stamped with a silver content number of “835” and an illegible hallmark, corresponding to a size 9.75 and weighing 6.1 grams, with moderate tarnishing evident, in near extremely fine condition.
