Germany, Imperial. A Berlin City Guards Plaque

(Burger Garde Berlin Plakette). Constructed of bronze, the obverse bearing a central raised Berlin coat of arms topped by a Prussia imperial eagle, surrounded by an oval ring bearing an inscription of “EXECOUTOR DER BURGER GARDE ZU BERLIN”, topped by  ac brown and laurel branches,the reverse bearing a handwritte code and date of “VI. 22. / 36” which appears to be a museum exhibit code, measuring 78 mm (w) x 112 mm (h), the reverse demonstrating evidence of the removal of a pinback apparatus, in very fine condition.
