2. Czech Air Force Commemorative Badge: in porcelain with an enamelled colour insignia, inscribed "CSR" above the Pilot's Badge and backed by the tri-colours of Czechoslovakia, placed within an ornate oval silver frame bearing laurel leaves, measuring 51 mm (w) x 63.7 mm (h), in its will worn hardshelled case of issue.
3. Czech Air Force "CSR" Employee Badge: in bronze gilt with blue, white and black enamels, numbered "565", measuring 69 mm (w) x 43.5 mm (h), in its hardshelled case of issue. and three Socialist Republic items:
4. Medal of the Czechoslovak Union of Anti-Fascist Fighters (Medaile Československého svazu protifašistických bojovníků). Three-piece construction, insignia in bronze gilt with red, white and blue enamels, lacquered finish, mounted to a silvered bronze base, measuring 30.2 mm (w) x 32.5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, suspended from a hanger with ribbon and pinback, accompanied by its 38.8 mm (w) x 11 mm (h) ribbon bar, in its hardshelled case of issue.
5. two Czech Air Force Acrobatics Championships at Pilsen Stickpins 1961: in die-stamped bronze with red, white and blue enamels, measuring 33 mm (w) x 19.5 mm (h), on a 39 mm long stickpin.
