Constructed of black wool with a buckram core, trimmed with alternation black threaded and silver aluminum wire piping, and bearing machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire numerals “55”, the reverse bearing the remnants of a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) label, otherwise unmarked, measuring 44 mm (w) x 60 mm (l), a scare tab in extremely fine condition.
