Germany, Heer. An Unissued Artillery Marksmanship Certificate

(Heer Verleihungsurkunde). Constructed of off-white card stock with multi-coloured ink, the obverse featuring an unused dedication to a recipient for meritorious performance in artillery marksmanship, with empty spaces to accommodate handwritten entries, the lower right corner of the obverse bearing a printer’s mark, measuring 32.5 cm (w) x 45 cm (h), with minor discolouration and material fatigue evident, a rare unissued period document in near extremely fine condition.
