(Verwundetenabzeichen in Silber). Constructed of silvered brass, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel leaf wreath with scalloped edges, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, around a central raised Stahlhelm overlaid by a mobile swastika, on top of crossed swords on a pebbled field, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 38.14 mm (w) x 43.46 mm (w), weighing 12.4 grams, a scarce example if a first pattern badge commonly issued to Condor Legion personnel in extremely fine condition.
