Constructed of card stock with multi-coloured ink, named to “SS-OBERSCHARFÜHRER FRIEDRICH HÜSEMANN”, who held SS membership number “349 806” and NSDAP membership number “4 605 218”, issued in Berlin o n20 October 1939, certified by a facsimile signature of Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler and a handwritten signature of SS-Brigadeführer Willy Tensfeld, measuring 9 cm (w) x 12 cm (h), retaining a black-and-white studio photo of the bearer, demonstrating minor material fatigue, in very fine condition.
