(Verleihungsurkunden). A mixed lot of five award documents named to Dr. Eugen Grolman, a doctor and First World War veteran, including:

1. One for a Landwehr Long Service Decoration, II Class, constructed of off-white paper with black ink, named to Grolman as a member of Ulanen-Regiment Nr. 5, issued in Münster on 13 March 1894, measuring 21 cm (w) x 33 cm (h), demonstrating slight material fatigue, in near extremely fine condition.

2. One for an Order of the Red Eagle, IV Class, constructed of off-white paper stock with black ink, named to Grolman as a Regierungsamt doctor, issued in Lublin on 26 June 1912, measuring 21 cm (w) x 33 cm (h), in extremely fine condition.

3.One for a Prussian Merit Cross for War Aid, constructed of off-white paper with black ink, named to Grolman as a resident of Düsseldorf, issued in Berlin in 19 May 1917, measuring 26.5 cm (w) x 21 cm (h), in extremely fine condition.

4. One for a 1914 Iron Cross II Class, constructed of off-white paper with multi-coloured ink, named to Grolman as an Unteroffizier of 2. Batterie, 2. Rheinischen Feldartillerie Regiment Nr. 23, dated 27 May 1918, measuring 18.5 cm (w) x 11 cm (h), with minor material fatigue evident in near extremely fine condition.

5. A doctoral certificate from the Leipzig University, awarding a PhD to Grolman as a resident of Düsseldorf, retaining an ornate embossed seal, measuring 45.5 cm (w) x 61 cm (h), with folding creases visible throughout, in very fine condition.
