Germany, Imperial. A Red Eagle Order Medal Chain for Service in the German Wars of Unification

(Frackkette). A miniature medal chain to a veteran of the German Wars of Unification, featuring four decorations, including:

1 An Order of the Red Eagle, IV Class, constructed of silver with enamel, unmarked, measuring 14.31 mm (w) x 17.16 mm (h), with age-appropriate tarnishing evident in near extremely fine condition.

2. A War Commemorative Medal for 1870/71, constructed of gilded bronze, unmarked, measuring 14.28 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.

3. A War Commemorative Medal for 1864, constructed of gilded bronze, unmarked, measuring 14.29 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.

4. A Prussian Landwehr Long Service Decoration, constructed of gilded bronze with enamels, unmarked, measuring 14.80 mm (w) x 12.90 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.

All suspended from a 65 mm-long bronze chain completing at each end in a clip for wear, unmarked, in extremely fine condition.
