Germany, NSDAP. A Political Leader’s Belt Buckle, by Christian Theodor Dicke

(NSDAP Gürtelschnalle für Politische Leiter). Constructed of gilded aluminum, the obverse consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, overlaid by an NSDAP-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse with swivel attachment claws and a clip retaining a separate clasp, the buckle maker marked with Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) code “M4/22” for Christian Theodor Dicke, Lüdenscheid and the clasp marked with RZM code “M4/46” Wilhelm Schröder & Co., Lüdenscheid, measuring 56 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
