An Order of St. Sava, III Class Award Document printed on hardstock, awarded to Rush Rhees, President of the University of Rochester, dated May 17 1923. The award measures 20cm (w – paper has been folded) x 32cm (l), lightly creased with minor discolouration around the edges.

Footnote: Benjamin Rush Rhees was a Baptist minister, author and president of the University of Rochester. His son, Rush Rhees is a prominent American philosopher known for his editing of the work of Ludwig Wittgenstein.
