A matching and extremely well-preserved set of Heer Engineer NCO candidate shoulder straps, each constructed of black wool, trimmed with black piping interspersed with white bands, and stitched with dual silver-grey embroidered tresses, the reverse of each bearing an integral strap with a reinforced buttonhole, both unmarked and measuring 45 mm (w) x 115 mm (l), in extremely fine condition.
