Germany, Wehrmacht. A Mixed Lot of Eagle Insignia

(Wehrmacht Insignien). A mixed lot of three Wehrmacht eagle insignia, including:

1. A Heer Officer’s breast eagle, constructed of dark green wool, the obverse bearing a hand-embroidered silver aluminum wire Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 105 mm (w) x 42 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.

2. A second Heer Officer’s breast eagle, constructed of dark green wool, the obverse bearing a hand-embroidered silver aluminum wire Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 100 mm (w) x 42 mm (h), with extensive oxidation evident to the wire features, in uniform-removed and poor condition.

3. A 1st Fallschirm-Panzer Division Hermann Göring EM/NCO’s cap/breast eagle, constructed of black wool, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered silver-grey Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 76 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), in unissued and near mint condition.
