Medagli di Propaganda Anti-Partigiana. In silvered zinc alloy (zama), fabricated by the German Propaganda "Staffel" Detachment, obverse illustrating the British national personification of John Bull placing a wreath of laurel leaves on the head of a partisan, inscribed "IL SOGNO" (The Dream) at the bottom, reverse illustrating the partisan being kicked by a large boot with the United Kingdom flag forming the cuff of the boot, the partisan's pistol in mid-air and pointed at the back of the partisan's head, the German series marking "ØII/90" above the pistol, inscribed "...E LA REALTA" (...and the Reality) at the bottom, measuring 39 mm in diameter, scattered silvering wear and contact marks, original ribbon, better than very fine.

Footnote: The Anti-Partisan Propaganda Medal was fabricated by the German Propaganda "Staffel" Detachment. This detachment produced and disseminated propaganda leaflets and cards with pro-German and anti-allied scenes and text. The detachment is known for producing a series of leaflets and cards with the slashed zero (Ø) followed by the code 0I through 0IV. A German propaganda leaflet was produced in February 2, 1945, illustrating this medal.
