Constructed of off-white paper stock with black ink, named to “RICHARD JOHANN MESCHEDE”, who received the Order of the Red Eagle, III Class Cross, awarded in Berlin on 9 April 1911, as awardee “4166”, certified by the handwritten signature of Albano von Jacobi, measuring 21 cm (w) x 33 cm (h), with some folding creases evident, in near extremely fine condition.
